How it Works
Joining is free!
You receive 4 bottles quarterly in February, May, August, and November with the option to select the bottles yourself or let us pick them for you.
You may always select more than 4 bottles if you want more.
Orders are charged to your credit card, with the 15% Club release discount. Tax and shipping are not included.
Avoid shipping costs by picking up your order at our tasting room, or choose 6 or more bottles for your order to receive free shipping.
Be sure to check “Keep me updated on the latest news and information” when signing up in order to receive the quarterly club email detailing information about the release and the pick up party!
Cancellation Policy: Memberships cannot be canceled before completion of the second release. Memberships canceled before the completion of two quarterly releases will incur a $60 cancelation fee. There is no fee for cancelations after the second quarterly release. If a Club member would like to cancel their membership after their second quarterly release, they must notify Orchid Cellar staff at info@orchidcellar.com no less than one week prior to the next release. If the notification is received within one week before the next order, the order will still be prepared and charged to the Club member, but the following shipment will be discontinued.
Skip Policy: Club members are permitted to skip one Club release per calendar year. Club membership and benefits will be canceled if a member requests to skip more than one release per year.
Pickup Policy: If you select “pick up” for your quarterly release, please visit the meadery within 60 days to pick up your order. Beginning in 2026, we will ship any orders not picked up within 60 days and charge the card on file for any shipping fees, unless we are contacted about holding that quarter’s order for longer.
