Madagascar vanilla beans & celery root, aged for 18 months on oak - reminiscent of cognac.

Tart and herbal from gooseberries and lemon balm harvested at the meadery.

Spicy Traditional Meads (16-18% ABV)

HUNTEr

This lightly spicy mead is made with red chili peppers. A gentle boom of spice forms in the back of the throat after sipping and makes for a truly unique experience. Aged 18 months in oak. Heat scale 1 out of 5.

HUNTEr Experiment

Fresh lime juice. A pinch (ok, a fistful) of salt. A bit of a kick from ripe green jalapeños. And don’t worry, we didn’t forget the tequila (barrel)... Finished in a tequila barrel to give it a hint of that classic margarita flavor. ¡Salud! Heat scale 3 out of 5.

Scorpion HUNTER

Wonderfully bright spice full of cedar & lemon creates a sharp kick that bites, but dissipates quickly. Heat scale 4 out of 5.

Grapefruit + Hops

Citrus and floral from ripe grapefruit and Citra hops. Mild floral citrus notes pair well with the bright, juicy grapefruit flavor.
