From bee to bottle, we've got nothing to hide. No flavorings. No adjuncts. Just honey, crisp South Mountain water, and the real ingredients in their natural state.
It's always hard for us to let anyone taste any creation that's less than perfect but crafting quality mead is a long and painstaking process. For this barrel tasting, we're going to show off meads in all different points of the meadmaking process. Some need oak, some need steel, and others are just about ready for the bottle.
The following meads will be making an appearance:
- Juno - Pinot Gris Mead
- Melusine - Dry Heirloom Cider Mead
- Lumberjack - Sweet Heirloom Cider Mead (multiple vintages)
- Duchess - Local Ginger Root Mead
- Hunter - Lightly Spiced Mead
